KSF series

Fully automatic intermittent-motion machines for filling and closing cylindrical glass, plastic or metal containers such as bottles and vials with up to two different types of closure. The machines have a wide range of uses in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other related industries. The dosing station is designed to process liquid products using rotary piston pumps. However, it can also be equipped with alternative dosing technology such as peristaltic pumps or a time-pressure dosing system. It is possible to process all standard types of closure, such as rubber stoppers, droppers, screw caps, pilfer-proof caps and crimp caps, including special closures with pipettes, pump spray assemblies, child-proof closures etc.

CIP/SIP

"Cleaning in place – sterilizing in place" is a system for cleaning and/or sterilizing product-carrying parts as installed. Our CIP/SIP system offers a high level of process reliability while saving work and time, as well as cutting cleaning and sterilization costs.

All parts which come into contact with the product are rinsed intensively with suitable cleaning media. There is no need to remove any parts. Once the cleaning and sterilization process has been completed, the entire system is cooled and kept under vacuum until the start of production. All applicable technical and pharmaceutical regulations, such as DIN, GMP and FDA, are observed and applied.

ECOfill increases the number of vials filled per batch, maximizing your profit margin.

ECOfill ensures that effective use is made of your product batch. It doses your product within ultra-close dosing tolerances. All containers in a batch are filled to the optimal level so that, at most, only the last container may need to be rejected. The ECOfill dosing system consists of two dosing stations and works on a 2-stage dosing principle (rough dosing and fine dosing). It covers all phases of production – from start-up and production to running empty.

ADVANCEDfill ensures that optimal use is made of your product batch.
 ADVANCEDfill is a highly effective solution for processing your product. All containers in a batch are filled to the optimal level so that, at most, only the last container may need to be rejected. The ADVANCEDfill dosing system is equipped with a freely positionable needle holder. Product is dispensed directly into containers on the scales during start-up and running empty. This allows dose quantity to be monitored and setpoint deviations to be corrected in situ.

Dosing systems

Rotary piston pumps
The rotary piston pumps comprise only two parts. The dose is defined by the pump stroke setting. They are self-priming and dispense pharmaceutical products very gently and with great precision.
Single-hose peristaltic pumps
Only one product hose is required from the product vessel to the dosing needle. The single-hose peristaltic pumps do not require a Y-manifold, which means that the dosing system itself is very straightforward and easy to use.
Time/pressure dosing system
Product is supplied from a dosing vessel equipped with a precision pressure controller. Only one product hose is required from the pressure controller to the dosing needle. This electronically controlled dosing process allows production data to be acquired and documented.
