41 new apprentices at Bausch+Ströbel
Almost one in three German businesses are unable to find enough suitable apprentices. This is the result of a recent survey by the Federation of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
Special machinery manufacturer Bausch+Ströbel is lucky, however. The company has not experienced any lack of candidates so far. Over the 50 years since its foundation, Bausch+Ströbel has grown to become a world market leader. One of the essential factors in its success has been the sound expert knowledge of the staff. For this reason, Bausch+Ströbel attaches great importance to offering comprehensive training to a high standard to young people.
On September 1, 2017, Markus Ströbel, Partner and Managing Director, and Kerstin Blum, Head of HR, welcomed 41 new apprentices.
