Bernhard Frisch has left the company.
The Finance and Administration division, previously headed by Bernhard Frisch, will be managed by Frank Preißner from October 15.
Frank Preißner has a wealth of experience in these sectors. He has held management positions in both family-owned companies and listed corporations.
His industry experience ranges from technologically sophisticated consumer goods to B2B automotive and motion systems.
In addition to his role as CFO of the Grass Group in Austria, his professional career includes positions as Commercial Director of Vorwerk Elektrowerke GmbH & Co. KG, Wuppertal, and many years with the Schaeffler Group, where he also served as CFO in South Korea.
Most recently, Frank Preißner worked as an independent consultant, both as a cooperation partner with Liebich & Partner and for a large family office.
