Change in the Board of Directors

The shareholders and Supervisory Board have clear goals and ideas regarding the strategic direction of the Bausch + Ströbel Group. Dr. Gehringer has taken a different position on this.

The position of Chief Technology Officer will be filled as soon as possible. In the meantime, Markus Ströbel, member of the Executive Board and shareholder, will take over this area.
