Bausch+Stroebel has been awarded a prize in the category "Employer of the Future" by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND).
The award was jointly initiated by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND), the German Institute for Service and Quality (DISQ), and the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Policy.
The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization assesses companies by considering factors such as innovation, embrace of digital transformation, employee friendliness, and contemporary leadership and recruitment approaches, with an emphasis on sustainability across all its dimensions - economic, ecological, social, and digital.
