On June 2, Bausch+Ströbel hosted the BusinessForum, a joint event of Sparkasse Schwäbisch Hall-Crailsheim, personnel services provider Bera GmbH and business magazine RegioBusiness.

Digitalization, supplier dependencies, disruption of business models, energy transformation and the shortage of skilled labor, not to mention the Covid pandemic, the war in Ukraine as well as the currently high inflation rate - numerous uncertainties and changes affect what is happening right now. Accordingly, the main theme of the event was "Volatile and fragile are the new normal".

Bausch+Ströbel Managing Director Bernhard Frisch reflected on the urgency of this topic in his short speech in front of an estimated 120 invited company leaders from the region: "Uncertainty, volatility and turbulence are all factors impacting our work-life balance and machine manufacturing. This is why it is important to know how companies can cope if they have to prepare for permanent volatility."

But how to manage the unexpected? Speaker Ulrike Winzer offered advice on this topic in her talk "Strength through change". "Only those who attempt to do things differently will be able to learn how to deal with changes," emphasized Winzer.
