B+S wins Attractive Employer Award

"We are delighted to inform you that Bausch+Stroebel has received recognition as one of "Germany's Best Employers" in a recent survey of 3906 companies across the service, trade, and industry sectors. Our congratulations on winning the WELT Attractive Employer Award."
These were the opening lines of an email that Bausch+Stroebel received in early November 2022. The email notified the company of their ranking as one of "Germany's Best Employers" in a survey conducted by the daily newspaper "Die WELT". A list was later published in the print edition of the newspaper, ranking Bausch+Stroebel among the top "industrial employers" in Germany.
The daily print edition of WELT currently has a circulation of around 88,000.
The survey methodology:
The "Germany's Best Employers" rankings showcase the results of a comprehensive nationwide survey on the attractiveness of German companies. This survey was conducted in partnership between WELT and ServiceValue GmbH, an analysis institute based in Cologne.
