Resource-efficient production

What is your goal? Is it a resource-efficient way to process valuable human blood plasma or other expensive and sensitive products for the production of life-saving and life-sustaining drugs, such as immunoglobulin and albumin preparations, etc.? B+S is mindful of the challenges and responsibilities that come with processing these valuable products and has developed its new type FVF 50200 filling and closing machine specifically for this application. A cutting-edge dosing process incorporating AdvancedFill technology guarantees the optimal utilization of your product batch in accordance with our Zero Reject Principle.

Highest process reliability

Both at the start of production and during production, 100% in-process control is key to correct filling of containers and seamless documentation without loss of output. In-line inspections safeguard and optimize your batch production. In keeping with our Zero Reject Principle, sensors and cameras continuously monitor and analyze the process and prevent reject containers, e.g. by re-stoppering or quality control of the crimp caps.

Maximum flexibility in the isolator and minimum set-up time

There is no need to replace size parts when reconfiguring your production line for different container sizes. Our highly versatile container transport system can be electrically adjusted from the comfort of the operating panel or by adapting the recipe. All workstations are automatically adjusted for height, so there is no need to open the isolator. This gives you maximum flexibility in your production process with the added benefit of extremely short set-up time.
