Mitmachen Ehrensache

On December 5, 20 motivated high-school students traded their school desks for exciting insights into the world of work at Bausch+Ströbel, as part of the "Mitmachen Ehrensache" charity initiative.

What makes this initiative so special is that the young people independently find a job in advance and donate their wages to charity.
The day started with a group welcome and introduction in the lounge of the training center, followed by the students being escorted by their contact persons to their assigned departments. Whether in assembly, the electrical department, or the training workshop, the young participants displayed impressive enthusiasm and took keen interest in the tasks they were assigned.
Together, the young participants raised an impressive total of 700 euros this year for charity.
Bausch+Ströbel has been supporting this initiative since 2006 and is proud to not only provide young people with an insight into the world of work but also to contribute to social projects at the same time.
