Unpacking syringes from trays Tray unpacking machine

Before syringes can be processed on an industrial scale, they must be removed from the trays in which they are delivered. Bausch + Ströbel extensive experience stands behind their special machine for the removal of the fragile glass barrels. The syringes are taken out of the tray individually and are conveyed gently to the machine downstream for further processing.

  • Tray unpacking machine

This machine is normally upstream of a rinsing machine but can also be used to unpack ready-to-use syringes that have been laid in trays for intermediate storage (e.g during a drug quarantine period).
