Our machine range is capable of rinsing all the syringes available on the market:

With the first operation in industrial syringe processing, the brand-new glass containers are rinsed thoroughly. This is the basic treatment for further automated processing for pharmaceutical purposes. Depending on the machine equipment, the machines carry out the following operations:
- Cleaning inside and outside by intensive rinsing and spraying
- Blow-cleaning inside and outside with air
- Silicone station to coat the container interior and the syringe needles with silicone
- Application of a needle shield or complete needle assembly
- Automatic transfer to a depyrogenation tunnel or tray loader
Additional equipment for further optimization, e.g.:
- Air and water filter systems
- Water recycling station for the return and re-use of one of the cleaning agents (savings of up to 90%)
