Electron beam technology prepares pre-sterilized containers for aseptic use, quickly and without chemicals.

No-Touch Transfer

You can process bulk vials that are washed and sterilized beforehand directly on CombiSys. This gives you flexibility in sourcing, costs and process design.

Hygienic Design

The consistent hygienic design of CombiSys secures the first air: flow-optimized geometries, reduced component heights and few superstructures keep critical zones in the filling area under aseptic airflow at all times. You benefit from optimal cleanability, efficient bio-decontamination (e.g. VHP), shorter downtimes and maximum product safety.

Continuous Monitoring

The fully automatic settle plate changer of CombiSys provides reliable and gapless microbiological environmental monitoring with minimal manual interventions. This lowers your contamination risk, relieves your operators and gives you the necessary confidence, even in demanding aseptic processes.

Aseptic Bowl-Free-Feed

The stopper feed of CombiSys works without a sorting bowl. This reduces contamination risks and manual interventions and simplifies cleaning and sterilization. This way, you produce aseptically more efficiently, more safely and future-proof, even as demands on your processes grow.

Pharmaceutical filling processes on CombiSys

CombiSys covers the entire filling process on one platform. For bulk vials, the sequence optionally begins with washing and sterilization. The objects are then filled and closed. For pre-sterilized objects, crimping and re-nesting follow. This way, you implement the right process for each product without changing platforms.

CombiSys and isolator as one complete system
