Advantages for your downstream processes

Removal of reject labels

The batch print and, if necessary, the label code are checked on the label dispenser. If there is a printing error or the code does not match the specification, the label is removed from the web before dispensing and transferred to the label
collection roller. This prevents reject discharge.

Integration of camera systems

Camera systems can be integrated into the label dispenser or directly into the machine. They check object codes and colours before labelling and check the correct label position and possible spiral misalignment after labelling, among other things.

Upstream and downstream processes

We offer flexible options for connecting upstream and downstream processes. Rotary tables, belts or cell chains can be used to integrate machines at the infeed and outfeed in a space-saving and object-friendly manner - with or without a buffer function as required.

Modular concept for syringe assembly

All labelling and assembly processes for filled syringes can be implemented using a standard machine platform. Modules for backstop and/or safety device assembly can be added to the basic module for labelling and plunger rod assembly as required - including needle trap labels.
