Syringe assembly and labelling

Our machine portfolio for secondary packaging of syringes covers all key process steps after primary packaging. This includes both denesting the syringes and removing them from the rondo tray. In the next step, our systems enable precise labelling and perform various assembly processes, such as screwing in the plunger rod, applying a backstop and inserting the syringe into a needle protection system (safety device). This integration can be carried out with or without upstream finger flange assembly. With our solutions, we guarantee consistently safe, efficient and high-quality further processing of prefilled syringes.
