The autoclavable format holder rods can be installed quickly and securely thanks to the magnetic connection. Installation only takes place after the bio-decontamination cycle and enables contamination-free handling with high process reliability and simple operation.

Hygienic design

Our system combines hygienic design transport, bowl-free stopper feeding and automated biomonitoring. This results in low-contamination processes, gentle stopper handling and continuous microbiological monitoring.

Minimisation of product loss

The ADVANCEDfill feature and automatic stopper repositioning minimise product loss and maximise yield - for maximum efficiency and safe, economical processes in aseptic production.

Bowl-free feeding solution

The aseptic bowl-free-feed (BFF) completely eliminates sorting bowls and enables highly automated, sterile stopper feeding. Compatible with all stopper types, fast, easy to clean and robot-assisted, it reduces contamination risks, manual intervention and waste.

Sensitive products

Our solution offers increased protection for oxygen-sensitive products and is also suitable for toxic substances. With ≤ 0.5% residual oxygen, it guarantees optimum conditions. At the same time, the system is prepared for future regulatory and technological requirements.

Automatic biomonitoring

The system offers optimum first-air exposure and maximum process reliability thanks to automated handling. The WIP-capable high-potent design and hygienic design make cleaning easier. Prepared for robotic processes, it reliably prevents the exchange of sampled and unsampled sedimentation plates.
