According to a recent study by the news magazine Stern, Bausch+Ströbel is one of the 650 most popular employers in Germany. The company is ranked 335th overall and 27th in the mechanical and plant engineering sector.

The survey was conducted by the market research company Statista. 20,000 employees in Germany took part in the survey and more than one million individual judgements were analysed. The central criterion is the willingness to recommend the company to others - in other words, the question of whether employees would recommend their employer to others.

Over 2,600 larger companies with at least 500 employees were researched for the study and categorised into 24 sectors. At least 100 ratings were required to be included in the ranking. The 650 highest-rated employers were then listed - all with above-average results.
