Gentle and reliable transport on conveyor belt
The labeling machine type ESF1015 made by Bausch + Ströbel is a fully automatic PLC controlled machine and labels cylindrical or specially shaped bottles with a diameter of 16 mm - 86 mm and a total height of up to 240 mm.
The labeler runs at an output of up to 21,000 containers/h and processes all types of self-adhesive labels on rolls of up to 400 mm diameter. The servomotor-controlled label dispenser transports the label web gently and reliably thereby ensuring that each and every container is labeled precisely. A range of electronic checking devices monitor and control the machine on the basis "Quality before quantity at maximum possible output" - a prerequisite when processing pharmaceutical products. The machine is easy to operate from a central HMI where all data relevant to production can be called up on the display. Production prompts are indicated in plain text and with a code. The container infeed and discharge are carried out on a single conveyor belt through the machine. To convert the machine to a new container size, complete sets of size parts are exchanged and if necessary the dispenser height can be freely adjusted.
