Quality before quantity
The fully automatic PLC controlled machine type ESF1015 made by Bausch + Ströbel is designed for labeling cylindrical or specially shaped bottles with a diameter of 16 mm - 86 mm and a total height of up to 240 mm. The machine runs at an output of up to 21,000 containers/h and processes all types of self-adhesive labels on rolls of up to 400 mm diameter. The servomotor-controlled label dispenser transports the label web gently and reliably thereby ensuring that each and every container is labeled precisely. All the machine functions are controlled and monitored on the basis "Quality before quantity at maximum possible output" - a prerequisite when processing pharmaceutical products. All data relevant to production can be called up on the operating panel. The containers are supplied and removed on a single conveyor belt through the machine. To convert the machine to a new container size, complete sets of size parts are exchanged and if necessary the dispenser height can be freely adjusted. The labeler can be upgraded at a later date to meet future requirements.
