Fully automatic labeling machine

Bausch + Ströbel is not only a supplier of primary packaging machines but also has a range of secondary packaging machines that meet customer requirements for various different capacities. A comprehensive machine range is available for the labeling and further processing of ampoules, cartridges, bottles/vials and ready-to-use syringes - from simple label application up to complex assembly steps for virtually any output range. Individual machines can be linked together by a further comprehensive range of conveyors and handling equipment to create complex, fully automatically controlled production lines. Electronic checking, warning and control elements ensure one hundred percent quality in the pharmaceutical processing. This also applies to the new ampoule labeler type ESA 1002. The PLC controlled, fully automatic machine is a compact, medium-capacity solution for labeling cylindrical containers. All kinds of cylindrical containers, even instable ones, such as ampoules, vials, cartridges, etc. with a diameter of 7.5 - 52 mm and a total height of up to 140 mm can be labeled at an output of up to 12,000 containers/h. The machine processes all kinds of self-adhesive labels supplied in rolls with a maximum diameter of 400 mm. The servomotor-controlled label dispenser transports the label web gently and reliably thereby ensuring that each and every container is labeled precisely. A range of electronic checking devices monitor and control the machine on the basis "Quality before quantity at maximum possible output" - a prerequisite when processing pharmaceutical products.
