Bausch + Ströbel's exhibits at the trade fair FachPack 2009 - several semi-automatic machines for use in laboratories and for small batches as well as two labeling machines - stand for their competency and competitiveness as a machine manufacturer for the pharmaceutical industry. These machines round off the normal machine range.

From 29th September to 1st October 2009 in Nuremberg, the company will be exhibiting, for example, a fully automatic ampoule labeling machine type ESA 1002. This PLC controlled, fully automatic machine is a compact, medium-capacity solution for labeling cylindrical containers. All kinds of cylindrical containers, even instable ones, such as ampoules, vials, cartridges, etc. with a diameter of 7.5 - 52 mm and a total height of up to 140 mm can be labeled at an output of up to 12,000 containers/h. The machine processes all kinds of self-adhesive labels supplied in rolls with a maximum diameter of 400 mm. Bausch + Ströbel Maschinenfabrik Ilshofen GmbH + Co. KG will also be exhibiting a fully automatic bottle labeling machine type ESF 1015.

This fully automatic machine is also PLC controlled and labels cylindrical or specially shaped bottles with a diameter of 16 mm - 86 mm and a total height of up to 240 mm. The labeling machine runs at an output of up to 21,000 containers/h according to the data supplied and processes self-adhesive labels off the roll. The servomotor-controlled label dispenser transports the label web gently and reliably thereby ensuring that each and every container is labeled precisely.
